The Green Otaku
The Green Otaku club may very well come into existence!
I managed to get an adviser, and a day (Tuesday) to have it on. All that has to happen is for it to get approved!

2009-2010 Co-Draw
So, I will be trying to make that anime club. I will renew Co-Draw, but submit the anime club alongside it.
What days work for you guys? I may have to change it from Thursday - and we may have a new teacher-supervisor. Sara - you plan on asking that teacher of yours?

Organization XIII
Alright, so many of you know about our goal to make the entirety of Organization XIII cosplay for Sakura Con '10! President BakuraSenov will be leaving that year, and she's aiming to make this year the best!
So, there a few links she is sending members of Co-Draw club to help out with the cosplay buying - making it look as realistic as possible!

If you want a decent wig, let me know! Tell me what character you were going to be, and I'll get to work on finding a good wig!
Don't forget: We're going to make a giant GIR plushie next year! If you guys can find a whole lot of bright green felt material, eyes, tongue, or squeakers, please get them and bring them to club at the start of the year! Thank you!

- Otaku Unite
- Anime Club (boring, ne?)
- Onigiri Otaku

Senov plans to send Daughtry an e-mail and talk with her as soon as the school year starts, and hopefully she can get the anime club resurrected!
If the anime club is created, Co-Draw will come to an end. If not, she plans to change the name and purpose of CoDraw, since we have not been doing what we were supposed to.

SAKURA CON '10 TICKETS
It's official - Sakura Con tickets for '10 are on sale! If you plan on going with us this year, please do get them soon~! Those of you who are not going to be 18 next year, you can put my name as the guardian, as well as quite a few other people. I can't wait~!

SAKURA CON INFORMATION
Dates: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - April 10, 11, and 12
Times:
UPDATE: Sunday we will be leaving at 8:00am - so be there about 7:50-7:55am (at Kentwood). We will be leaving about 7:00pm!
-Pick Up will be at 7:00am for all three days at Kentwood High School at the round-about (or the areas that the buses pick people up after school).
-BE THERE BY 6:45AM - We will be leaving at EXACTLY 7:00am whether or not you're there.
-If you have issues getting there, please let me know at: 253-630-2096 or 253-266-8338.
-The convention goes on throughout the night, but most likely, we'll be leaving between 5-7pm, depending on when people get worn out or tired.
Locations:
-Pick Up and Drop off at Kentwood High School!
-Convention at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle. ( For more information: http://www.sakuracon.org )
Things To Bring:
-ASB card or some sort of identification card
-Tickets/Ticket information if you pre-ordered
-A camera of some sort
-Money!
-Cell phone (Very important! We need to be able to contact you!)
-Some sort of bag. I recommend one of the loose bags (like the ones you got at Cherry Blossom last year?) that can be easily put over your shoulder and doesn't cause a lot of problems
-Food! Or money for food. The convention food is VERY expensive, but there is Subway and stuff around it, so yeah. Bringing your own food - you need to hide it and keep it hidden. You're not technically supposed to bring it in with you.
People and Cars:
Car #1 (With Stacey's Dad) - Stacey, Emily, Jennifer, Devon, and Jordie
Car #2 (With Thomas' Mom) - Thomas, Sara, Zach, Kelsi, and Amanda
If you have issues with riding with a certain person, please bring your concerns up BEFORE we pick you up on Friday! Exchanges are accepted!
